As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) we follow a strict code of professional conduct and we comply fully with the RICS Members Accounts Rules regarding the handling of clients money. We have a number of totally independent clients bank accounts and we carry full professional indemnity insurance. We believe in total transparency and our file is always open to audit by the clients of its professional advisor.
