CJM Asset Management have the experience and expertise to provide valuations of a wide range of industrial and commercial chattel assets for clients across the globe.  As Chartered Surveyors, CJM Asset Management comply fully with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual - 'The Red Book' - and where required will provide formal valuations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Working in partnership with Chartered Engineers, Parkegate Engineering Consultants (www.parkegate.co.uk), CJM have particular expertise in the valuations and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metal processing plants, from individual machines to complete manufacturing facilities.
